Galas / Events
As we are a competitive Swimming Club we have certain goals and aims for our members, and quite quickly our swimmers start developing their own goals they would like to achieve.
We offer many opportunities to put your skills into practice, through our in house events or the league events where we swim against other teams from around the region and further. Most then go onto compete in open meets and work towards achieving County Qualifying Times, which is a huge achievement… For many this is the start of quite an exciting journey where we travel to different venues, and our members will grow in confidence and make life long friends along the way. We have had swimmers achieve Top Boy/Girl awards at Counties, who have then gone on to qualify and compete at the West Midlands Summer Long Course Championships and West Midlands Winter Short course Championships – even as far as winning Gold at British Nationals!
We are excited for the future of our swimmers and what we can achieve together!
